Meet Molly
Hi, I’m Molly, a licensed speech-language pathologist dedicated to helping individuals find their voice and communicate with confidence.
I earned my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Southern Connecticut State University and have over 12 years of experience working with individuals ages 1-20. I specialize in treating speech and language delays, articulation disorders, and social communication skills. I also have extensive experience working with children who have complex communication profiles. I am comfortable modeling language for and programming a variety of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. I also use sign language with many clients and can support Gestalt Language Processors.
My therapy sessions are anything but boring. You’ll often find us playing games, getting silly, celebrating small wins, and turning challenges into opportunities for growth. I believe the best learning happens when people feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited to participate.
Every client is unique, so I love getting to know their interests (whether that’s dinosaurs, princesses, crafts, or sports) and weaving those into our sessions. My goal is to help each person find their voice and use it with confidence in their everyday life.
I also enjoy working closely with families and caregivers, sharing practical strategies so progress continues beyond our time together. Watching my clients and their families grow in confidence and communication is the most rewarding part of my work.
Outside of work, life is just as lively! I’m a proud mom to three boys and one rambunctious pup, so I’m no stranger to noise, chaos, and lots of laughter. When I do get a quiet moment, I love spending time in my garden, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or curling up with a good book.
